1. Add the coconut milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg to the ZWILLING Power Blender and blend using the Ice Cream setting until all the ingredients are smooth.
2. Spoon mixture into ice cube trays, and freeze for at least 1 hour.
3. Chop the pecans into small pieces.
4. Take the ice cream cubes out of the freezer and place into the ZWILLING Power Blender and blend again, this time adding the chopped pecans.
5. Pour the ice cream into a ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE large glass container, then sprinkle with extra chopped pecans and cover with the lid. Seal with the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE vacuum sealer pump.
6. Freeze overnight.
7. Before serving, let the ice cream soften slightly for 20 minutes.
8. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and more chopped pecans.
