This oval cocotte is 37 cm wide and has a volume of 8 litres, you can cook for a large group of friends or prepare the Christmas dinner for the whole family.

Like all Cocottes from STAUB, the inside of the cocotte is coated with matte black enamel, which enables heat to be distributed well and when paired with the tight-fitting lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid features a special design which collects condensation and then allows it to drop evenly across the food, as well as a silver knob for lifting the lid.

This cocotte is suitable for larger pieces of meat or poultry with its large oval shape. For example you can cook a goose, place a few truffle pieces and serve the goose in the cocotte on the dining table. There it stays hot for a long time and you can enjoy a long meal with your guests.
