Description

The 1.7 L cocotte is ideal for making traditional and modern casserole dishes. The cocotte is exceedingly versatile and can be used to make a succulent beef ragout, or even a small loaf of crusty rustic bread at the weekend. The mustard yellow model has a diameter of 18 cm. The lid features an under-lid drop structure that helps distribute condensation evenly over the food, keeping meat and fish succulent and tender. Vegetable dishes can also be prepared in the cocotte with ease and taste just as delicious as meat-based dishes.

The cocotte is made from enamelled cast iron, a material that distributes heat evenly to facilitate gentle cooking and the retention of important vitamins, flavours and minerals.
