The Santoku knife from the TWIN® Pollux series is an extremely sharp kitchen knife. The 18 cm FRIODUR® blade is made out of high-quality stainless steel blade and has also undergone a special ice-hardening process. As a result, this knife retains an extremely sharp edge, which means the blade hardly wears down. It is also resistant to corrosion and flexible.
The Santoku knife’s handle is made of black, non-slip plastic. Stamped knives are generally known for being very light, and are suited for beginners wishing to experiment with their first Asian recipes. The handle is equipped with three aluminium rivets in a classical and ergonomic design, allowing it to fit extremely well in your hand when doing kitchen work. Cutting meat, fish or vegetables without tiring is always a success with this knife.
