A Staub La Cocotte can be used to prepare a wide variety of casseroles and roasted dishes. This round, black cast iron roasting pan keeps heat inside so that less energy is used while cooking and has a 1.7 L capacity, a height of 13 cm and a base diameter of 18 cm. The word "cocotte" is French.
